The Nestlé Leadership Framework (NLF) has been guiding us since 2012. It is now updated and simplified* to match the opportunities and challenges in 2024.

This early release of the NLF Booster is for you to help your leaders leverage the competencies in their daily responsibilities and rolemodelling.

What will you find here?

Why "catalysts?"


Simply put, a catalyst accelerates a process without being consumed by it. We chose this word because it focuses the story:

In our NLF Booster Kit, the catalysts are simple word pairs that set the entire competency in motion.

For example, to get you started with "Develop," the catalysts suggest to be the role model for "Engaged Learning." As an empowered Nestlé leader, you're empowered [and easily smart enough] to come up with meaningful ways and activities - or dive further into the framework for more inspiration.

Diving into Details

Diving further into the framework means opening the digital LeapCard and watching the 3 to 4 short inspiration videos created to offer you leadership tools and discussions on behaviors. Inside the LeapCards are also the full details of the updated framework with additional resources and suggested reading where appropriate.

Lastly, the NLF LeapCards are bundled with a few supporting LeapCards from global leadership programs that may offer additional inspiration for present-day leadership essentials such as listening and giving feedback or proven concepts such as situational engagements and psychological safety.


Anything else?

Upon release on March 4th, 2024, the NLF Booster Kit has all NLF LeapCards fully developed and ready for you here with more than two hours of inspirational videos, all broken down into bite-sized clips of 4-5 minutes within each LeapCard. 

To support your local roll-out, we are also developing a workshop kit for each competency with an interactive slide deck to kickstart the engagement. These and other initiatives, like monthly check-ins, will be released throughout the spring, so please keep checking in for the latest on the NLF LeapCards and the NLF Booster Kit.
