Welcome to LeapCards explains how the physical cards and online resources work together.

If you’re in a leadership program and have received a box of printed LeapCards, this card will be at the top. Start by writing in your name on the grey line and always keep this card on top, please!

Your program box contains a curated selection arranged roughly in the order the topics will appear in your program. Each postcard-sized visual gives you a concise concept to discover, discuss, and apply. You can sort and prioritize the cards to create a learning path or implementation plan that fits your role and situation. Scanning a card’s QR code can open further online material, often including short facilitator videos. Blue, reddish, and gray LeapCard numbers in the upper right corner distinguish full, lite, and print- only cards and show what kind of follow-up is available.
