Eight Leadership Journeys

The LeapTracks bring the LeapCards together into eight structured learning journeys that explore the core disciplines of leadership. Each track focuses on a specific theme — from self-awareness and communication to teamwork, culture, stakeholder engagement, and strategy.

Rather than presenting leadership as theory, the tracks focus on practical application through questions, exercises, and team-based activities. Leaders are encouraged to reflect, experiment, and apply the tools directly in their daily work.

Across the eight LeapTracks, the journey moves from leading yourself, to leading others, and ultimately to shaping the future of your organization.

Discover Your Boundaries and Drivers

Leadership starts with understanding yourself. In this track, you explore the values, motivations, and priorities that shape how you lead.

By reflecting on what matters to you and where your boundaries lie, you build a stronger foundation for leading others with clarity and authenticity.

Exercise and Tell Your Stories

Stories help leaders make ideas come alive. This track explores how storytelling, presence, and clear communication can help you explain complex ideas and connect with the people around you.

By learning to use your own experiences and examples, you can create messages that people remember and act on.

Ask Your Way to Good Agreements

Great leadership conversations often begin with a good question. In this track, you practice asking thoughtful questions, listening carefully, and guiding discussions toward clear agreements.

When leaders create space for dialogue, teams are more likely to feel ownership and commitment to the decisions they make together.

Exercise and Tell Your Stories

Feedback helps people grow, but it can also be difficult to give and receive. This track focuses on how leaders can create an environment where feedback feels constructive and useful.

You explore how to give feedback that supports development, receive it with openness, and actively seek perspectives that help you improve.

Engage Your Team, Onsite and Online

Teams do their best work when people feel involved and connected. In this track, you explore how leaders can design better meetings, encourage participation, and keep teams engaged both in person and online.

Small changes in how we work together can make a big difference for collaboration and energy.

Cross Cultures with Trust

Leadership today often happens across cultures, backgrounds, and ways of working. This track looks at how curiosity, awareness, and trust can help leaders navigate these differences.

By understanding how others see the world, you can build stronger relationships and create teams where people work well together despite their differences.

Know Your Stakeholders

Leadership extends beyond the people in your immediate team. In this track, you explore how to identify and understand the stakeholders who influence your work.

By listening to their perspectives and building strong relationships, leaders can navigate complexity and create better alignment around shared goals.

Design and Decide for Your Future

Leadership is also about shaping what comes next. This track introduces tools and ways of thinking that help leaders explore opportunities, think strategically, and make thoughtful decisions.

By looking ahead and considering different possibilities, you can help your team and organization move forward with confidence.
