Personal impact (Me): How will I change after implementing my development plan?
Impact on specific individuals: How will my personal growth and development impact the individuals I work with?
Team and organizational impact: How will the actions I take improve the functioning of my team and organization?
Wider impact (Beyond):How can I ensure that the impact of the changes I make extends beyond my immediate circle?
