LeapCards Global Programs provide dynamic, engaging, and hands-on leadership development experiences that go beyond traditional materials. Each participant is given a set of LeapCards, printed as postcards, to offer the flexibility to interact with the content beyond the classroom.

The LeapCards are designed to serve as portable dialogue tools, allowing participants to take a card for dialogue walks' that foster on-the-go reflection and conversation. The cards are tactile conclusions to topics, with space for personal notes and insights on the back, making them interactive learning tools.

In addition, each card is linked to an extensive online collection of leadership concepts that can be accessed via a QR code. This creates continued online engagement and allows for a deeper exploration of leadership concepts at any time.

Participants can sort the cards according to their priorities, creating a tailored leadership resource. They can also display the cards on office desks as continual reminders or discussion prompts in team meetings.
