What is the NLF Booster?
The NLF Booster is the action-oriented program that allows all interested to engage with our leadership behaviors in a simple and fun way using both digital and physical materials.

What is a LeapCard?
Each LeapCard is a postcard-sized visual that summarizes an essential leadership concept. All NLF LeapCards have an additional digital depth of 3-4 online videos for a total duration of 20+ minutes per NLF competency.

Why use the LeapCards for the Booster?
Whether on screen or in print as a postcard, each LeapCard is a focused and flexible building block that may be used as-is or combined with other materials for regional workshops or as part of larger development programs.

When will the videos be launched?
The videos are planned for production completion by April 4th, 2024. By then, there will be six behavior cards and six tool cards, each with 3-4 videos for a total of 36+ videos.

Is there any cost regionally?
No, not for any item directly related to the NLF. All the Nestlé internal 6+6 NLF LeapCards are freely available and easy to drag directly from the site to where you need them. In addition, you have free access to the 20+ supporting Leadership LeapCards that have been used in other Nestlé programs since 2021.
Only if you visit the videos in LeapCards beyond the original Nestlé selection, will there be an individual and much-reduced cost (to be published by April 4th, 2024.) -
Where can I get help?
In addition to asking your L&D/CoC representative, there are three direct and free sources within the LeapCards platform:
Relay video with answers to specific questions handled through personal and asynchronous short clips. Use the button below the cards in all Competency menus.
Community meetings with free Q&A sessions for all LeapCard users are held in the first week of most months. Use the button below the cards in all Competency menus.
Feedback and technical tickets are submitted via the link in each page's footer menu.
