LeapCards™

LeapCard 161 serves as an introduction to LeapCards. These cards are designed to enhance leadership development and contain a hand-picked selection of essential leadership tools and concepts summarized as visual, postcard-sized prompts.

The card encourages users to prioritize which cards to use. It informs them that additional information, including explanatory videos that last for 10-12 minutes, is available by scanning a QR code on the back of each card. This introductory card sets the stage for a self-directed and enriched learning experience in leadership development.
