Thank you for stopping by this unlisted page. As promised in my invitation, I’ll be as precise and respectful of your time as possible:
Reading this page will take about five minutes. Once done, you'll have robust new ideas about how to integrate a proven library of leadership tools into your development initiatives and programs - especially in a time where onsite programs need an interchangeable online alternative.
If you prefer a PDF for printout with exact steps from idea to finished program, please click the one-pager thumbnail.
Should you have additional ideas and new usages, I'd be happy to investigate!
As always, all feedback is very welcome.
With appreciation,Ulrik Ramsing

Today’s leaders are facing numerous challenges for which there is no single solution. Often, they need to lead diverse teams from multiple locations, working together on complex problems with tight deadlines and limited travel options. More than ever, they need to lead rather than manage as trust must outpace the shortcomings of control over distance.
Consequently, tomorrow’s leaders need a new approach to their development. New tools and techniques must be part of their daily leadership rather than belonging to conventional training programs that are hard to reach.
Enter LeapCards, where each idea and proven concept is broken down to a single visual summary that you may freely – repeat: without any cost! – give to your leaders, here and now.
Consider the LeapCards as the matching content component to many of your other development initiatives like peer supervision, coaching, or profiles such as Insight or LIFO. While profiles may point your leaders to WHERE they can develop, the LeapCards will give them the inspiration and tools on HOW to develop.
As quick and concise information, LeapCards may be used in many ways, to name a few:
All these options may mutually support each other and even converge in powerful peer inspirations. You invite your leaders to share their individual experiences from using the LeapCards’ tools and new approaches - including the benchmarked feedback from the leader's direct reports and team members!
As a platform, LeapCards will help you support your leaders with self-assessments, catalytic questions, interest-driven topic details, and real-life exercises the leaders have to do live with their teams!
Throughout their development, you may monitor each leader’s progress, not just to confirm that they are thinking about their leadership, but more importantly, what they are actually doing about their leadership.
If you need samples, definitions, or perhaps a bit more background, please visit the other pages here on www.LeapCards.net. If you prefer videos, there is a 2 min. Learner Intro on the home-page, a 1 min. Live with Team demo on the about-page and a 3 min. HR Partner Concept explanation on the pricing page.
LeapCards are rich in breadth and depth without being difficult to use - neither to you as an HR professional nor to the leader who wishes to develop.
The LeapCards have been in use as printed Leadership postcards in global programs starting in 2012. During Covid in 2020, the acclaimed core content has been digitalized to form a complete collection of 50+ cards, 200+ questions, and 7+ hours of video, all broken down into 2-3 minute ready-to-use pieces of meaningful inspiration.
Unlike conventional e-Learning, the platform supports social and tangible learning preferences, where the original boxed deck of postcards and printed learning journals offers the real feel of pen on paper - in class or remotely with a learning buddy.
In larger leadership development programs, the dual format of both print and interactive media combines to offer the resilient option of Flexible Program Design (FPD), where LeapCard-based modules are fully interchangeable onsite and online. For example, a 2-day onsite module may be given as a sequence of four online 90+60 minute engagements to participants not allowed to travel!
If you and your team do not have the time to personally give your leaders direct feedback -- or a second line of support is needed exactly for such interventions -- the LeapCards offers several options: Asynchronous video dialogue with full transcripts and/or an automated booking system for online clarification calls. Both options let your leaders connect with certified facilitators who have been co-facilitating using the LeapCards for years.
If you wish to use the LeapCards as-is, go right ahead: You can see and filter all cards from the Complete Collection page. From there, you may guide anyone to open any card in high resolution and view the summary video. All this is free - as promised to past participants on global programs.
If you are interested in added depth and using more of LeapCards in your programs, consider these options:
Should you have particular needs - perhaps for additional, localized LeapCards, or use of existing business partners, consultants, or trainers from your team or network, this is also possible.
We offer a complete certification program with bundle-based content overviews, process suggestions, and design recommendations. Included is also a multi-layered branding and print-on-demand option that allows you and your partners to leverage the architecture and add proprietary cards as needed - digitally and physically for truly blended and robust programs.
To increase the worldwide reach and bench-depth, we offer full affiliation for certified partners who may be invited into global projects and revenue sharing (or matching non-profit donations) based on platform use and added content such as new LeapCards.
